High Carb foods you should avoid
There is no doubt that carbohydrates play an important role for proper functioning of our immune system, fertilization, pathogenesis, blood clotting and human development. It’s best for you to consume maximum 80 grams of carbohydrates a day. The American Diabetes Association reports that people with diabetes should generally limit carbohydrate intake to 45 to 60 grams per meal, depending on what their doctor or dietitian approves.
